Double Mosaic Dream 8.5% Massively hopped with Mosaic followed by a big Mosaic Cryo double dry hop. All the Mosaic a beer can take.

5% ABV This light blonde ale has been fermented with a special hybrid sour yeast for the perfect level of acidic tartness and the dosed with natural margarita flavor. Malt: Acidulated, Pale, Wheat Hops: Pahto

The Chef Brown Chef Kyle Brown has been a pillar to Broxton Brewery since our beginning, providing Westwood with amazingly tasty cuisine with all the freshest ingredients, but he doesn't just do food, folks!  He also has like a super good personality and stuff, a wise almost sage-like demeanor, and some serious "come and talk to me" vibes, so drink this delicious brown beer, find our chef, and just unload those thoughts and feelings--just really share.  We introduce to you a pretty smart, relaxed... completely stable beer, The Chef Brown, named after our very own Chef Kyle, our leader and our dear friend.  Cheers to you Chef!

Kölsch / 4.8% ABV / 20 IBU Our Kolsch is a crisp, well-balanced blend of select German malts, noble hops, and top-fermenting yeast. This results in a light-golden colored, refreshing beverage with just a kiss of hops at the end. This delicate brew is comparable to the finest beers originating from Cologne, only it's made right here in Texas!

Coconut Hiwa **Porter  \|  ABV: 6\.0 / IBU: 30** a robust dark ale with hand-toasted coconut & hints of mocha Served in goblet.

Motueka Pale Ale - 5.5% ABV A light and sessionable pale ale, made hazy with wheat and dry-hopped entirely with Motueka hops from New Zealand, which impart flavors of citrus, lemongrass, and tropical fruit.

**Ohio Dark Strong Ale \| 8\.1%** A celebration of Ohio! We used a blend of grains from Haus Malts in Cleveland, hops from Barn Talk in Wadsworth, and maple syrup from River Stone Farm in Geagua Country to create this homage. Toasty malt blends with caramel and dark fruit, balanced by notes of black pepper, and accentuated by a subtle maple finish.

**Pale Ale - 6.1% ABV** Galaxy and Mosaic hops provide a tropical nose and balanced earthy bitterness that keeps you coming back for another sip

**NE IPA \| 6\.5% ABV \| 60 IBU** Tropical aromas and notes of papaya, mango, and star fruit dominate this juicy IPA. Taste the Cloud!

**IPA \| 8\.6% ABV \| 85 IBU** A DFW favorite. Our best-selling IPA boasts large additions of hand-selected Mosaic hops resulting in a well balanced, expertly crafted IPA with flavors of mango, papaya, and blueberry.
